Permissions (Coursepacks, E-Reserves, Book Reprints)
Before sending a permission request, please verify that the rights to the material are controlled by NYU Press. Particularly in the case of photographs and essays appearing in edited collections, some other entity may hold the copyright.
Once you have verified that NYU Press is the copyright holder, please send complete bibliographic information (author, title, page range, etc.) to Mike Richards by e-mail at mr163@nyu.edu, by fax at 212-995-3833, or by post at:

If the requested material is to be used in a coursepack, please indicate the semester and expected enrollment; if to be reprinted in a book, indicate the expected print run, price, and date of publication.
Please allow two to three weeks for a response.
